The Next Native would like you to be happy with your purchases. Web orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original box and in its original condition.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: SALE, discounted items, jewelry, or any other items marked as "Final Sale."
Hats may be exchanged for store credit.
Swimwear will not be accepted for returns if the sanitary guard is missing.
Refunds & Processing
Please send us an email with your order number and the item you wish to return and we will send you a return shipping label.
Please send back the item(s) you wish to return as well as a copy of your receipt in the box indicating the item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from The Next Native.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
